Since April, 2011 the KissSalis Thermal Spa runs the restaurant under its own management. Its motto: "Healthy Indulgence". A quick explanation: The head chef, Marco Schön, treats his guests to a cuisine rich in vitamins using regional products. This fits in perfectly with the philosophy of the Spa — exercise, alternating hot/cold treatments as well as physical and mental relaxation as the basis for an optimal regeneration. What better than tasty food made with fresh ingredients to compliment this!
On the menu at the KissSalis Restaurant you will find fresh salads and all kinds of vegetable dishes as well as regional specialties and scrumptious cakes. The constantly changing "Dish of the Day" gives plenty of scope for variety.
The Head Chef likes to describe his cooking principles as "regional", "seasonal" and "state-of-the art". He says he really enjoys experimenting: combining local top-quality products with a touch of the exotic. And it "doesn’t have to be luxury products". According to him it’s more a question of refining the basic ingredients.
As a consequence the restaurant now serves fresh fish, tender vegetables, crispy salads and delicious beef dishes.
