From 7 March 2022, we will be resuming our infusion programme from 9:45 am daily, which includes infusions with dispersion, honey masks and salt peelings.
During the infusions, which take place hourly, our sauna master pours natural, essentail oils onto the sauna oven and disperses the vapours afterwards. The heightened humidity increases the sensation of warmth of the perspiring person.
Do you want to try out the infusions slowly at first? With this process ice spheres are placed on the hot stones, which melt slowly and without further infusion or dispersion. Fifteen minutes after the start of each hour, a honey mask or a Wenik infusion are alternated (both in the birchwood sauna) with a salt peeling in the steam bath.
